brief artist's statement
my work explores the commonalities of emotion, thought process, and intuition between all humans. i create to give viewers the opportunity to immerse themselves in my pieces and ultimately their thoughts. portraying a range of thought processes is a unique challenge.
what do thoughts look like to me? to the viewer? what it is to me is not necessarily what it is to you.
i work intuitively, almost never having a set plan when i begin, creating a representation of the subconscious. experiences culminate and manifest within us to create our intuition. what is the relationship between intuition and our internal and external worlds?
all things oppose each other, all things are intertwined.
